My wife and I were first home buyers and found the initial contact frustrating, we did not get a definitive asking price after the first inspection and there was no follow up from Linton. As a result we lost interest and continued looking elsewhere. After initiating a secondary inspection and further prompting for an asking price the situation was clarified with it being clear that Linton was not at fault. From that point on, the process could not have been smoother, even for a pair of first home buyers. Linton worked after hours to meet our needs and was readily available on the phone to answer my questions. The negotiation process was clearly a matter of importance for Linton with our initial offer being placed and countered within an hour. Once the contract of sale was signed, all other paperwork was presented on time without prompting.
