I recently dealt with Linton Allen from Empire as the purchaser for a property in Fremantle. He was very professional to deal with and most importantly as an agent he did everything that a seller would want. He agreed to show me through the property at short notice, rather than usher to the weekend home open. He answered my calls and returned my messages promptly. Selling a house , wether it is your own or for your parents ( which is our case) can be a very stressful , exciting even daunting time. There is a lot to consider: The right Price , The right Real estate agent , the right time. Of course we are always told to get two appraisals. We found Linton Allens flyer in Mums letterbox. So Linton was my first one. The family had chosen the second one .We made appointments and listened to both. Linton was first. I would have signed on the day ! BUT had to at least hear what the other agents had to say. My family told me to go with who I was the most comfortable with and I knew in my heart it was Linton Allen. His Professional approach, his down to earth attitude, this friendliness, his knowledge of the area, his realistic prices. I felt so comfortable with Linton I knew I had made the right decision for my family . I explained to Linton that mum had just been accepted into a nursing home and we were on a time limit to sell. Linton got straight on the phone and started organising Photographers , lawn mowing contacts etc etc .. We had it up to scratch in a week and first home open 11 couples through ! Linton went over and above to contact anyone that may be interested. Lintons feed back and communication was excellent. Second home open 6 couples through .... 3 rd weekend home open SOLD !!!! We were over the moon. 3 weeks we couldn't believe it ! We feel so blessed that Linton was there every step of the way making everything easy for us. His calming influence was great when we were stressing ( for no reason ) Linton , on behalf of my mum Betty , my dad Lomi ( who was watching down on us every step of the way ) my Brother , Sister and myself I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for making this happen so quickly. I was so happy with Linton and the wonderful job he did with the quickest sale of a house I've ever seen.. Selling my house was a big put off to me because I thought it would take months to sell. Linton had one home open for 45 min on a Sunday and it was sold. I couldn't believe it. Linton was very helpful with telling me the things I needed to do and prepare for the selling of my house, he always stayed in contact with me about everything. I would recommend Linton to everyone.
