Professional n helpful

An exceptional agent !
Tanyia was so easy to deal with and was refreshingly optimistic, upbeat & honest with valuations. She sets the standard for honesty and integrity as well as pushing the market place for the best price possible, in fact she achieved nearly $100k more than what other agents thought they could achieve with the sale of our home. We noticed her signs around town and they would always sell really quickly and when we checked on what she was achieving we asked her to value our house and boy we’re glad we did! If you don’t use Tanyia you will not get the best price possible for your property, without going to expensive pressure cooker auctions. We were very happy with the service and professionalism we received while dealing with Tanyia and can’t recommend her highly enough. Thank you Tanyia !

Knowledge & Compassion
We purchased off Tanya an amazing house. During our contract we had huge problems with our Broker & Tanya was amazing in helping us out & liasoning with the Vendor & us through the whole horrid experience with our Broker.
