Tanya took all the stress out of the process for me
My house was always going to be a hard sell due to its limited market, not only did Tanya give initial advice on bang for buck repairs / visual improvements to maximize the selling price and to increase the interest in the property, but she also arranged all of the works herself. Many platforms were used to market the property and the 360 degree / fly through video was well worth the money, again recommended by Tanya. I've had other agents sell many properties for me in my time but none come close to Tanya for professionalism and persistence. I highly recommend Tanya and I will most definitely be using her for any future property sales needs.
