About Sharon

Sharon’s real estate career began in iconic Hastings Street, Noosa Heads in 1996 after relocating from Brisbane. Prior to the move, Sharon had a very successful career in the Reserve Bank of Australia for 14 years and this banking and finance background has complemented her professional life in real estate. Sharon opened her first successful boutique agency in Sunshine Beach (Zinc Properties Noosa) in 2001 achieving record prices in the high-end Noosa Heads and Sunshine Beach market. She enjoyed Noosa immensely particularly as it provided her 2 children with the very best childhood growing up in such a magical location. Moving back to Brisbane for their further education and career opportunities presented her next professional milestone. Having been away from Brisbane for almost 20 years was never daunting for Sharon as she always considered Brisbane home. Sharon accepted a role as Sales and Marketing Manager with the oldest real estate agency in Brisbane which ironically was located next to the old Reserve Bank of Australia building where she had previously worked for so many years. It was a memorable and enjoyable time where she excelled in client focus and always providing outstanding service and results. This cemented Sharon’s love of the inner- Brisbane residential property market. In 2013 Sharon was given at the opportunity to work with Mirvac and this provided the exceptional knowledge and experience of selling some of the most exclusive and expensive apartments in Pier, Park and Unison at Waterfront Newstead, Art House and Lucid at South Brisbane and Ascot House and Tulloch House at Ascot Green. Sharon was instrumental in achieving sell-outs of the Pier, Park and Unison projects over her incredibly successful 5-year time with Mirvac which she enjoyed immensely. Sharon’s love of the emerging Newstead precinct saw her establish Enclave Property Group in 2018 where she is committed to providing excellent leadership to the Enclave team and personal service and results to her clients.

About Stephanie

Backed by over a decade in sales, Stephanie is gregarious, personable and driven. Her focused and hard-working mentality means that she gets the desired results for all her clients. Stephanie’s passion for property started at a very young age growing up in Noosa where her mother, Sharon Campbell, had her own real estate agency, Zinc Properties. It was here that Stephanie was exposed to some of the most exclusive addresses in Queensland and was very often lucky enough to be taken along to some of these beautiful and luxurious homes on the north coast – this is where she truly fell in love with all things Real Estate. Stephanie moved to Brisbane for high school where she attended Stuartholme and developed a real enthusiasm for writing and competitive sports such as tennis, netball, water polo and rowing. Throughout her school years, Stephanie acquired invaluable skills that reflect her business strengths – time management, teamwork, communication, work ethic and perseverance. After finishing her secondary education, Stephanie obtained a degree in Journalism and Mass Communications and went on to gain work experience in some of Brisbane’s top PR agencies. This was priceless for Stephanie as she developed the skillset of ensuring that she captured the attention of the entire market and was able to build relationships with clients and more importantly, maintain those relationships by communicating effectively. Stephanie moved on to worked for the international luxury brand Montblanc for 3 years, and then Tiffany & Co. for 4 years – at her time with these companies she discovered her true passion for high end luxury sales. With her successful background in sales and operations, Stephanie decided it was time to launch herself into her real estate career, working with reputable agencies such as McGrath and Ray White – selling both residential and off the plan developments in Brisbane and the Gold Coast. When her mother decided to make a giant leap and start Enclave Property Group in Newstead, all the stars seemed to align for Stephanie, and she jumped at the exciting chance to work alongside her lifelong mentor, her mum. Stephanie believes that her love of property is not just professional, but personal. Her exceptional knowledge of the profession was a by-product of her upbringing, but it is her continued drive for providing the highest level of service to all her clients that has truly cemented her position as an agent.

About Cameron

With a strong enthusiasm for sales cemented at an early age, Cameron was eager to work in the real estate industry, so when his mother opened her first agency ‘Zinc Properties Noosa’ in 2001 he launched into his real estate career. It was here that he helped with administration duties, office cleaning, window displays and assisting at open houses – all the while being mentored by his mother. In 2003 Cameron moved to Brisbane to complete a Bachelor of Business majoring in International Business and Finance at the Queensland University of Technology. While studying full time Cameron worked for several major banks and financial institutions such as Bank of Queensland and ANZ from 2007 to 2013, working in departments including Asset Management, Insolvency, Client Relations and Corporate Banking. With his passion for property still very much at the forefront of his mind Cameron branched back in the industry again, attaining a position with a major property developer as their international investment representative, and travelled overseas regularly for the role. Cameron then took on a role which encompassed his skills in the finance and property industry. Here he worked for a smaller private company assisting in the setting up of clients self-managed superannuation funds and selecting investment opportunities. Over the past 10 years Cameron has worked with a number of reputable property developers directly and has built a large knowledge base of the property market within Australia, selling properties to clients throughout Australia including the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Toowoomba, Newcastle, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth to both investors and owner occupiers. In July 2018 his mother established Enclave Property Group and Cameron knew it was going to be extremely successful with her at the helm and wanted very much to be a part of the agency. Cameron is now delighted to be working at Enclave with his immediate family every day. “ Most local real estate agencies are large corporate and impersonal businesses. Excellent Result

Sharon knows the market very well and also knows the area. Sharon sold the apartment to us 4 years ago and due to her knowledge of the property and the area it made perfect sense to request her services once more. Not only did we achieve the result we were looking for but we also sold within a matter of weeks. We would certainly recommend Sharon and her team to anyone looking to buy or sell.

We had a three bedroom; two bath; two car unit for sale in Teneriffe. Sharon came highly recommended to us by a local unit complex manager who has consistently seen results from this team. Sharon gave concise and extremely helpful advice in presentation and marketing of our unit. (Never forget you don't get a second chance at a first impression). Sharon displayed tact and tenacity with a huge effort negotiating with an international buyer in the early stages (time zone/time frame difficulties). The team secured a buyer at the price sought and contract conditions that were favourable to our circumstances at that time. We are happy to recommend the Enclave team. Since our sale I have had many conversations around the unit market in Teneriffe and Newstead with many other owners and buyers praising the professionalism, knowledge and results of Sharon, Stephanie and Cameron.
