From the handover of our newly built house to securing tenants, Nicole has been incredibly patient, professional, and efficient throughout the entire process. Although there were some delays with the handover date due to a labour shortage, everything was handled smoothly. We did arranged for a professional inspection company to complete the handover inspections beforehand. As soon as the property was ready, Nicole promptly listed it for rent and quickly secured reliable tenants. Everything has been running smoothly since. Nicole’s communication has been excellent—always keeping us updated and making the whole experience easy and stress-free, even while we weren’t in Australia.
