Nicole met my wife as planned for the handover of keys and we were able to do the Internet connection to the new property there and then before any furniture was moved. There were large numbers of ants noticed on Friday in some areas but was quickly dealt with by Nicole. Monday morning there was follow up phone calls to both myself and my wife just checking in on how everything went with the move and if anything needed following up on. The little bag of pantry items on arrival was also a lovely gesture and appreciated. I couldn't be happier with how things went as far as the transition to this new property and Equity Property Management were a big part of that.

I cannot recommend Equity Property Management more highly. From the beginning they took over the property management of my property perfectly. They are prompt with communication and organise repairs or deal with any other problems swiftly and follow through with updates. The property inspections are thorough with photos and comments of all rooms and they are always on time with the reports. The team are all easy to talk to and make you feel like you matter.
