I had my property on the market with another agent for 5 months. I made an enquiry with Claire from ER Realty & got a positive vibe right away. Claire paid attention to the finer details of the house & promoted its location extremely well. Within 48 hours of re-listing online with Claire, she had an acceptable written offer on my table. You may argue that to sell so quickly was "lucky timing" however I claim it was only possible due to Claire's friendly nature, her positivity, & dillegent attitude. I would certainly recommend her to anybody.

There was no ‘super selling’ like some agents who give unrealistic expectations. When you see the market facts, historically and predictions, put forward in a natural manner it gives you more confidence to know what to expect.
