I am an experienced Senior Sales Consultant at ER Realty having sold properties in the Ellenbrook, Aveley, Henley Brook and The Vines for the past 15 years. I am also a Principal at ER Realty and assist with the day to day running of the business as well as Property Management. I am passionate about offering a high standard of customer service which includes honesty and integrity as well as open communication which I feel is vital to a successful relationship within any Real Estate transaction. I have completed a Diploma of Property Services which means that as well as being a Senior Sales Consultant, I am also a Licensed Real Estate Agent. Claire came to our rescue!

I had my property on the market with another agent for 5 months. I made an enquiry with Claire from ER Realty & got a positive vibe right away. Claire paid attention to the finer details of the house & promoted its location extremely well. Within 48 hours of re-listing online with Claire, she had an acceptable written offer on my table. You may argue that to sell so quickly was "lucky timing" however I claim it was only possible due to Claire's friendly nature, her positivity, & dillegent attitude. I would certainly recommend her to anybody.

Very satisfied with the complete sale experience.
