At the time, I was not happy with the previous manager as they had frequent turnover and slow to respond or execute any repairs. After moving over to eResidential, the communication and process have been smooth and fast. They have networks of good and reliable tradies too. Ivan and Judith also helped me with the insurance claims that took a while to process. Overall, would recommend eResidential to manage your investment properties.

Since acquiring the property, we have entrusted the property to Willy/Ivan and team. Ivan, the property manager gave me good advise to raise/ hold the rental depending on the market. I am expecting Ivan will continue to advise me accordingly depending on the current rental market in the area. Once we had a problem with the team due to some communication issue but that was all resolved in a timely manner. Overall, I would recommend investors to have their properties entrusted to eresidential property management.

I have been with a lot of property managers and I was a property manager myself. eresidential are very professional and very knowledgeable. Their communication is by far the best. Honestly, so good it makes me feel bad that they are spending so much time on my property. It feels like Im their only client. Can't go wrong with them as your PM.
