I have been with a lot of property managers and I was a property manager myself. eresidential are very professional and very knowledgeable. Their communication is by far the best. Honestly, so good it makes me feel bad that they are spending so much time on my property. It feels like Im their only client. Can't go wrong with them as your PM. Their management of tenants and contractors is probably the best Ive had.
