It was a very easy experience dealing with Welly and his team as a buyer. The settlement period got a little bit longer only because we had issues with the finances, and Welly was really helpful with that as well. I am working for another Property Management Company and I can say that the property management did a very good job with the current tenancy. Highly recommend this team.
