When my wife and I first met Mr Welly Cendana it was to purchase a unit next to ours in Brisbane and we did not buy it, he gave us no pressure and was more helpfull then he needed to be. Now it came to a point that we needed to sell our unit so we decided to phone Mr Cendana who came to our house on the Sunshine Coast as I am not that well and went through the do's and dont's on selling our unit. This is were I had to ask him if we could sign up with him and if I had not asked he would have driven back to Brisbane. Now you can understand Mr Cendana gave us no pressure to sell our unit by eresidential being the company he represents. Welly Cendana had a perchaser within fourteen days and got 3.6% more then what we expected for the sale as well as organising the moving of our furniture and having the unit cleaned as we never used it as we hoped. This is not a review for Mr Cendana but a thank you for taking the pressure off my wife and myself in a time we all expect but hate when it arrives.
