Welly went above and beyond to sell a difficult property in a difficult time.
My house had been damaged by vandals, so even though the insurance repairs had been carried out, customers still wanted to find a million dollar house in the bargain bin. A sign of the times. Eventually we found the right buyer with a vision.

Entire Satisfaction.
From my observation Welly Cendana is a hard worker with a great ethic. I knew several times he worked overtime and after hours, not just to get the job done, but he determined to work correctly above the law, yet transparency. Couldn't recommend more.
Welly recently sold my townhouse in Browns Plains (Logan). I found Welly to be very professional, have excellent communication and worked hard to achieve a sale. While I did not achieve the sale price I wished for Welly was able to sell after 3 months in a market that had already seen significant decreases in a time of the Covid pandemic. The property had already been listed with another agent for 14 months without any interest. I would consider using Welly again in the future when we sell our next property.
