Welly was very helpful and has deep knowledge on what he is doing and able to set the right strategy to sell my property. I admire his strength, positive energy and confident especially when he said that he could sell the property quickly although deep in my heart, to be honest, this is just the way sales people do in order to get the contract. But it turn out what I thought was wrong, soon after the property hit the market I got an offer after the first open home. I just could not believe it and my mind did not even prepare to sign the contract that soon. Everything went well, he was also patiently explain everything when I have a thought that need to be explored further with him, he gave me the pros and cons to be considered. I have no doubt with his capability, skills, and sharp mindset not to mention his vast networking will be a great asset not only for himself but also for every prospect sellers who are looking for a maximum result.
