Smooth and Efficient!
Welly and his sales teammate Riaz Peter are highly professional. They were very quick in taking initiatives to respond to COVID conditions and keeping us informed throughout. A professional agent that is dedicated and caring

Wellys experience showed with his knowledge of the area. I have moved from the Northside of Brisbane and he has been extremely helpful with all my enquires. A highly recommended agent
I have been struggling enough to sell my property which the price going down time by time. Then I contact Welly that has more than knowledge and skill, but also has shown his dedication to assist us . Going ups and downs but eventually found the proper buyer. Thank God the process have been guided thoroughly mainly by the agent. Shortly, he is highly recommended agent for especially selling your property in a tough situation.

Down to earth Estate Agent
10 out of 10 for Welly. After dealing with other agents working under big corporate banners, we found Welly to be "Honest" and "Truthful" . None of the "Deal with me because I'm the best" rubbish you have to go thru to get a straight and honest answer. Welly will tell you straight!! Will be using him again and have already recommended him to family and friends.
