Property purchase
Kenny assisted me in purchasing 56/15 Potter st. in Waterloo. As the seller's agent, and as I was a first-time home buyer, Kenny explained process to me in detail, and provided his assistance in providing contacts with brokers and lenders for a home loan. Throughout the process, Kenny was very helpful with providing advice regarding stamp duty, registration processes, and settlement agreements. He was very communicative and efficient, and had gladly made himself available after-hours to help with a smooth transition between the seller and myself. He is very professional and reliable, and has quite the good experience and market knowledge that you would seek in an agent.

Excellent house selling experience provided by Kenny
Kenny is a kind, nice and responsible agent. He is patiently to explain every details about the trade of my apartment. He helped me to find a good lawyer , banker and also a good buyer. He try his best to monitor the market price and give out a good and resonable price for me to set the selling price. I can feel he has excellent knowledge and profactional skills to handle it. I must find him again to handle any property buying or selling in the future.

My first home buying experience was hassle free, thanks to Kenny.
Kenny is a tough and persistent negotiator and has the best interests of the Vendor at heart primarily, but is also considerate of buyer's budget. He goes an extra mile in concluding the sale at the earliest by having regular comms with both vendor and buyer. He provides the required documents of the house which are under his purview and for others, he is upfront about having to request them through your solicitor. Hope to do business with him when I plan to sell my house.
