My first home buying experience was hassle free, thanks to Kenny.
Kenny is a tough and persistent negotiator and has the best interests of the Vendor at heart primarily, but is also considerate of buyer's budget. He goes an extra mile in concluding the sale at the earliest by having regular comms with both vendor and buyer. He provides the required documents of the house which are under his purview and for others, he is upfront about having to request them through your solicitor. Hope to do business with him when I plan to sell my house.

Excellent service
Kenny has been an excellent listener and was able to understand my requirements very well when I told him I want to close the deal ASAP and give him the best offer he got it approved with the owner quickly and was audible to close the deal in one inspection for me …no time waste. He was really able to judge between other buyers who had low offer and were not serious, as he understood I was serious for the purchase and he didn’t waste any time and Moved quickly to close the deal.
