From the first phone call with Oz, he was friendly, experienced and eager to help. Oz and his team have been nothing but accommodating with our new rental in Point Cook. Went out of his way to provide a walk-through of the property over the Christmas period and we signed a lease that day. Highly recommend this agency; was a delight to deal with noting we've previously been with a larger agencies that we now see have treated us poorly. We will opt to go via Advantage Property in future for their service, as well as going above and beyond.

The team at APG pride themselves on customer service and have been most helpful from start to finish! Moving house is normally a daunting process but with the APG team, everything was prompt and smooth. Being able to sign leases electronically also meant that I didn't need to take any time out of my day to go & sort the paperwork. Highly recommended!! Great customer service!!
