I spoke to Oz this morning in regards to the property on the real estate website with some questions. Oz was great about my questions and was able to answer them all in great detail. This was about 11am. By 3pm, I received a phone call from Oz saying we had been accepted to the new place. In less than 6 hours. he was able to check our application, complete our checks and approve our application. I have never had an easier and quicker real estate experience!

He was absolutely incredible. Provided me with same day approval without skipping any of the process. At no point felt rushed or forced and very smooth in delivery. Answered every question i had and more and was very comforting in his knowledge and advice, made me confident in what i was doing.

The agency has been very helpful with finding us the perfect place to call home. They were prompt and got the ball rolling straight away. We managed to be pre-approved, property inspected, bond paid and lease signed over the course of 3 days. Definitely a friendly agency and hope to stay with them long term.
