I know it's hard to believe, but I have found Oz and Dani really easy to deal with. We all know that property managers first priority is to their clients - the owners - after all that's who pays them - but Oz and Dani are approachable, communicate very well and are happy to answer and explain and queries. I think the key is to be prepared and communicate. From the initial application to any queries, have everything prepared and don't be afraid to ask. If you want more electrical power points, or a green bin (for example), ask - just understand that they will need to refer to the owner and as you want them, you may need to pay for the upgrade, which I don't have a problem with. (Of course, this is a different situation that if an item needs a service or breaks, due to normal wear & tear) I'm happy to recommend them.
