I first came in contact with Dani when I applied for a rental on realestate.com. To say she was fast to respond is an understatement! I got pre-approved for the house I wanted to inspect, Dani made an appointment with me to view the property and I was formally approved that day. I have contacted her on numerous occasions for information prior move in day and also post move in and she has answered almost immediately and has been so helpful and kind!
