From meeting Michael at the initial inspection he has always been professional and courteous. My partner and I had a lot of questions about the house and market information as it was our first home, and Michael answered every question without hesitation and was very informative which made us feel at ease. From the inspection to the official sale of the house, Michael was always in constant contact with us and giving us continous updates. I vividly remember we saw the house on a Saturday, put an offer in on the following Tuesday and had been told be got the house on the Thursday. During that 5 day period, Michael had been in constant communication with us and was able to help us with anything we needed. Michael was very transparent and honest in his approach which made my partner and I very comfortable.
