We met Nick whilst looking at other properties in Darwin, we did t buy a property from him but knew when the time came to sell we would use him as our agent. Nick is extremely friendly and approachable and nothing is ever too much to manage. I would encourage anyone looking to buy or sell a property to get in touch with him as he has made the whole process very enjoyable, we can not recommend Nick more highly.

I am so pleased to have met Nick Mousellis through my purchase of a unit in Darwin City. I should also like to say what fantastic help I have had from Tracy Barker, Nick Mousellis Real Estate's Business Manager. As I was overseas when I began looking for a property with which to re-establish my residence in Australia, I imagined this would be a somewhat tricky undertaking. However with Nick and Tracy's help I was able to make a successful offer, complete the contract and make the deposit with ease. Through every step they kept me informed, answered my queries promptly and made me feel comfortable about the process. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Nick Mousellis realty team to buyers and sellers who are looking for a very professional business partner.

Nick was very easy to deal with and we really appreciate his help throughout the entire process to purchase our first property. We cant thank Nick and Tracey enough for all of their help and advice. From the very beginning they had all of the inspection reports already done and available both at the house and online which made the whole process run smoothly. We would definitely recommend Nick and Tracey for their market knowledge, communication and professionalism.

It has been many years since I last required the services of a real estate agent, and given the painful memories of my last encounter, I wasn't looking forward to this experience. However, this time around with Michael, it was different and, in summary, a great experience. Our property was sold within the quoted range, with minimal fuss for my elderly mother. Michael was professional, provided excellent communication throughout the negotiations, and, ultimately, made what could have been a very stressful time easy and painless. Thank you to Michael and his team. I would highly recommend.

Michael is my real estate professional. He has sold several of my properties over a 10 year period. I would not bother using anyone else due to each sale running to perfection. Michael is a brilliant communicator, extremely honest and has an amazing team. He is extremely reliable and has always made the time to answer any questions I have had. Selling a home can be very stressful. Michael has always proven to ease that load and produces the best outcome possible. Thankyou so much Michael for your ongoing incredible service
