Professional excellent knowledge of area
We were very impressed with the knowledge professionalism and understanding of our area by Michael. Michael explain everything to us on the whole process from day one. He kept us informed of the interest when the house went on the market. Both Michael and his assistant Michelle always returned phone calls. Michael negotiate with a few buyers who were interested in our home and got us a better than expected result. Our house sold 4 days after first inspection for above our top range.
