Michael alongside Leon and team (Ash and Michelle) were a pleasure to work with. From initial meeting to sale of our home, I had absolute faith in them.. and I was right to. They delivered an unimaginable result, selling our home in 9 days for a price 70k above a dream result. The process was stress-free and simple. The best we dealt with.
We had been looking for over 12 months to buy in the area dealing with many different agents. We found Michael and his team so lovely. We knew where we stood and the communication with us was so refreshing. They were on top of everything and this being our first time buying a house they supported us every step of the way. We couldn’t thank them enough especially having had some previous bad experiences over the past 12months.

Dishonest and not helpful
My experience with Omar from AMS was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. From the beginning, it felt like he only worked in the seller’s interest and provided no real support to me as the buyer. He did not help at all in dealing with the seller or explaining important details during the process. Just before settlement, when the property was under legal guidance, I tried multiple times to contact him regarding important matters. He completely refused to answer or respond. At handover, I was given almost nothing related to the property — only a few window keys and one garage key. When I asked about the remaining keys and access, he said that was all he had. This was despite previously promising that the owner would provide all appliance information and all keys, including the digital front door lock access — which never happened. I purchased the house at auction. During the final inspection, I was told the property would be handed over “as is.” The house was left in very poor condition: dirty floors and carpets, items left behind by the vendor, missing keys, and no proper handover. When I raised concerns, Omar said he could not come back or assist further. Overall, this was a terrible experience. The lack of professionalism, communication, and basic support was shocking. The company itself was no better — no one was helpful or willing to take responsibility. I would not recommend this agent or agency to anyone.

Maryanne and her team provided invaluable advice which proved to be correct. We got the sale and at a great price. As a remote Vendor Maryanne and her team provided the service that included all the little finishing touches that a vendor on site would normally do. We can't thank her enough for the effort and result that we have achived so much so we have listed another property with her.
