Very genuine and helpful.
Michael was very friendly and accomodating when asking questions and to see the property again. He was able to answer a lot of my questions and the ones he couldn’t, he promised to find out and let me know. Which he did. I didn’t feel as though he was only working in the best interest of the current owners. He’s also been very helpful to deal with the process since putting in my offer. However, the administration team member I spoke to about processing my deposit payment was very rude. If I was to sell a property in the area in the future, I’d likely seek out Michael. 😊

Exceptional service provided by Michael
I first met Michael in 2013, for the past 7 years Michael was happy to provide appraisals and professional recommendations while I was renovating my home. With his trade background this definitely helped make a valuable decisions. When it came to sell my home we were in stage 3 restrictions, I was definitely concerned that I would have trouble selling at this time, 7 days after being on the market we were able to sign a contract of sale. This was an exceptional result and could not have been achieved without Michael. I would recommend Michael to anyone thinking of selling.
