We never sold before so had 7 appriasals done and were down to choosing 1 of 2 shortlisted. We went for an inspection on a Saturday and Badiha was managing that property. Not having met her before, we felt an instant warmth coming in and a sense of confidence. After that experience, we received an appriasal from Badiha and instantly knew we would be in safe hands; she won us over. We readyed the house and 2 days after we went to market, we found ourselves in Stage 4 Melbourne Lock Down. Tough is an understatement, we had no inspections, enquires had dried out and nothing was happening, for months! Despite it, Badiha kept reassuring us that it'll pass and we would end up with a result. Honestly, we thought we'd never sell but as soon as things started opening back up again, Badiha was on it. Inspection after inspection, we managed to lock in an offer that was by far the best on the table for us as a young family. Even post sale, we still ring her for advice and she never hesitates to add value and never expects anything back. A sincere human, with a professional skill sets who delivers results. Don't think twice.

In particular, Michael did a great job in working with the existing tenants to secure safe and compliant access to the property for inspections. From a vendor's perspective: It was a difficult exercise to try and sell a home during covid, but Michael's service remained commendable throughout and he helped to drive a great result when inspections and offers were allowed again post-lockdown.

We sold, what more can be said. After trying other agents with little to no results we discovered Sue. This amazing agent took the time to really learn our property and plan the journey from there. We have a rural property which other agent didn’t seem interested in knowing about. Along comes Sue and by following her excellent advice had prospects virtually lining up to view. We ended up selling to someone who wanted the property for what it was not just a modern home on property. Could not recommend Sue enough to anyone who is looking at selling.
