This is our 3rd time using Michael to sell a property, when we decided to sell we didn't bother 'shopping round' and called Michael, he gave us an honest appraisal, detailed things that we should do. 6 months later in 2020 (IKR) we decided to put it on the market. Tricky times to be selling a house but Michael was astute, knew what he was doing and knew what the market was doing. Stage 4 lock down threw a spanner in the works but once that was lifted we had 7 offers in 7 days and above our range! Safe to say we were beyond happy! We’d had a number of different experiences with agents during our search and none came close to the honesty and well mannered personality that Michael had. He often referenced his own experiences with buying homes which helped us to understand the process and know what to look out for.
