A very pleasant buying experience

Friendly, reliable, helpful
We have bought a house from Lou. He has been a great agent for the vendor - Loe stood his ground when we tried to bargain the price down, but remained friendly towards us as potential buyers and was helpful to us when the sale process finally went underway. He was easily contactable at all times, open in communication, and went out of his way to help us get the documents signed. Would recommend Lou as an agent.

Top result for the sale of my home.
I chose Michael as my agent in selling my home, due to his extensive knowledge my my local area. Michael didn't make big promises, but presented a selling strategy to suit my home being one of the best in the street in a popular area, and a recent down time in real estate. Michael's strategy and enthusiasm delivered huge numbers in viewings and offers, which both exceeded our goals. This ultimately resulted in a sale that far exceeded my expectations. Barry is well prepared and across all the facts needed by any seller wishing to get the result they are looking for in a timely manner.
