From the first meeting with Lou, his genuine and caring nature was very apparent, which was just as important as his knowledge for me. Lou is a true professional, with open and honest communication and always available. Would not hesitate to recommend or go with Lou again in the future.

Sue Is a real gem. What a wonderful experience having Sue as our Real Estate Agent to sell our acreage property. She has such a bubbly personality and was so passionate about listing our home for sale. We had a contract after only 8 days of being on the market.

I found Barry and Christine to be very professional during the process of selling my mother’s house. They made the whole process easier, from working out the price point to the marketing campaign. The communication was second to none, not once did we have to follow up Barry or Christine. The best thing was they managed to get the result we were after, during this difficult selling market. I highly recommend Barry and Christine.

First Met Andrew when he was the agent selling a house we eventually purchased. As the purchaser I was extremely impressed by the way he worked for the Vendor. Whilst working for the Vendor Andrew maintained a friendly, courteous and totally professional manner to us. In short he is a no nonsense, professional agent and I didn’t hesitate to engage him as our agent when we needed to sell a family property. Nothing was a problem for him and we were happy with the price he negotiated for us. Highly recommend Andrew

Michael is a stand out in his field. His balance of professional knowledge, care and integrity meant that each and every interaction we had with him, helped us to feel confident in the decisions we were making. We both purchased and sold a property with Michael over a short period of time and he made, what could have been a very stressful time, rather an exciting and hopeful time. He is the most honest and trustworthy character we have come across in the industry. Thank you Michael and Jess for thoughtfully answering our endless questions and for being genuinely excited with us during our property adventure! When in the future we delve into another property venture, we’ll certainly be working with you both again!

Christine has done it again - she had already sold one house for us, so when we went to sell again she was our first choice. Would highly recommend if you want someone who is dedicated to getting the job done - and that is definitely needed in these crazy times. She listens to what you want and need and has a wealth of knowledge and advice. Will definitely use her again when the time comes. Highly recommend her.

If I had the task of defining the best qualities of a Real Estate Practitioner, I would refer to Daniel McGlashan as the model for the definition. I have had a number of dealings with Estate Agents over a a few decades and I have to say that, without exception, Daniel fulfils the expectations of what any customer would want in that capacity. He is straight to the point, honest and personable. He is by far the most professional person I have met. He is a credit to his industry and to himself for his human approach to his chosen profession. He sets the standard by which every Real Estate Practitioner should be judged.

Made our purchase quite easy even with the on going restrictions due to COVID.
