I used Barry and Christine to sell my house in Officer and was super impressed with their local area knowledge. When it came to the selling price I was extremely happy with the result and believe their history as local agents and expertise played a huge part in the result. Communication was excellent and they kept me posted along the way. I interviewed many agents prior to selecting Barry & Christine and they were clear leaders to me and I felt their in depth knowledge set them apart. Thank you both for your hard work and professional approach.

Nick has been in the industry since 1992 and his knowledge and expertise in real estate is astonishing. What I love about Nick is that his mannerism, the care that he shows and the assertiveness that he shows to the seller is so important which I love about him. He never loses faith and makes his client feel positive and shows them not to lose faith as well and puts 200% effort in everything he does. His honesty and his responsiveness that he has for his clients is incredible. I highly recommend Nick to anyone who wants to sell. He has a lot of patience and constantly keeps you updated. He focuses well even when he is under pressure which I admire. Comes highly recommended.

Terry and I would like to say a massive THANK YOU to Barry & Christine with assisting and selling our property in Pakenham. We found them to be friendly and professional, they went above and beyond to help us out, this included organising painters, stagers and also lawn mowing. Our property was sold within the first 2 weeks of being on the market, even through COVID-19 We would highly recommend Barry & Christine from the Eview group when you are considering agents. Thanks again. Anne-Marie Gardner

Leanne was a true professional throughout the whole process of selling our father's home. She had an intimate knowledge of the local market. She made useful suggestions for getting the house ready for the sale and on staging it to make the most of the property. She sold the property quickly and communicated effectively throughout. She was always willing to do the little extra things to help out making her a pleasure to deal with.

Leanne is highly professional, she maintained constant communication with us through out the entire process. Even though Leanne is a busy agent, we felt like we were her only client and our property sale was her most important project. The process from start to finish was seamless and easy due to Leanne's hard work and dedication. She is a wonderful agent and I would with out doubt request her services again. Leanne achieved an outstanding result for the sale of our property.

Leanne provided us with expert knowledge and was professional and personable from the moment we met her. She communicated with us promptly, consistently and clearly throughout the process of buying the property and we found her honest to deal with - before, during and after the purchase. Nothing was a problem for Leanne and our dealings with her made what can be a very stressful, life changing process, one we will remember very positively.

We both found that Leanne was always there for us, I.e. answer all our questions, liaise with seller and was never to busy to help us, even when our questions were probably annoying. We would recommend her to anyone. Well done Leanne.

Lou is a professional and knowledgeable agent, who was easy to deal with when purchasing our Mentone property. We're now using his agency to lease out the property.

Tess is a fantastic agent! That's why we use her for all our real estate needs. Her advise and strategy for managing the sale was excellent as was her timely attention. You just need to trust her judgement and rely on her to get you what you need. She gave us realistic valuations and conducted opens very professionally. She is open and honest and her manner and conduct of our sale was outstanding. Achieving for us the sale we needed quite quickly. Her after sales service is also better than none.

Lou has helped us to negotiate the buy, then helped us to go through the process of organising a Licensee Agreement to move into the house as early as possible. He maintained constant communication, was always friendly and although working for the vendor, he always took the buyer (me) needs into consideration, which is what I think all agents should do! Lou sets the standards high in terms of Real Estate Agent and I would use him as my agent when I decide to sell.
