Happy Purchaser
After a recent seperation, we needed to sell our house. Micheal was amazing and went above and beyond to make it as smooth and easy process as possible. After a year of renting it was time to get back into the market. Micheal again went above and beyond to help me as a single Mum. He found me the perfect house. Exceeded our expectations
From our initial meeting it was clear Michael was the agent for us, his ability to build a genuine rapport and no pressure approach was a refreshing change from some of the other agents we had interviewed. He spent over an hour to explain the current market, his selling process and provided advice on things we should and shouldn’t do to prepare our property for sale. Throughout the entire process the communication was excellent, we were kept in the loop at all times and Michael was always quick to answer questions, no matter how trivial. He even assisted with questions relating to the purchase of our next property. When it came to the negotiations he walked us through the pros and cons of each offer, and in the end he achieved a sale price that exceeded our expectations.
