From our initial meeting it was clear Michael was the agent for us, his ability to build a genuine rapport and no pressure approach was a refreshing change from some of the other agents we had interviewed. He spent over an hour to explain the current market, his selling process and provided advice on things we should and shouldn’t do to prepare our property for sale. Throughout the entire process the communication was excellent, we were kept in the loop at all times and Michael was always quick to answer questions, no matter how trivial. He even assisted with questions relating to the purchase of our next property. When it came to the negotiations he walked us through the pros and cons of each offer, and in the end he achieved a sale price that exceeded our expectations. Thanks again Michael for such a smooth and stress free sale.

Michelle's core values make her an absolutely dream to work with. Her care and understanding of both the real estate world and personal situations make her approachable, communicative, honest, knowledgeable, professional and a delight. We sold our house in three days on the market and sold it for $40,000 more than expected. From beginning to end, Michelle works tirelessly. I highly recommend Michelle to anyone looking to sell their property, she is an honest agent you can trust, this sets her apart from the rest.
