We initially chose Derek Lea as our agent because he had sold several house in our area. We were impressed with the friendly, professional manner in which he managed the whole process from marketing through to the sale. A REAL WINNER
we have sold a number of properties over the years and have found most agents are either ;order takers; or are only concerned with themselves eg they are working for themselves not for the vendor badiha breaks the mould she is 1/proactive 2/haaaarrrrrrddddd working 3/trustworthy 4/goes way above and beyond what any other agent would do eg coming to a call on new years eve and selling our house AAAAAAA11111111111

Outstanding Agent

Customer service
Michael is diligent, knowledgable and professional beyond his years. He takes sales back to a day where service and genuine concern were the priority. His staff and demeanour are top notch. What was most impressive was his network. He put me on to an awesome conveyencer for my new purchase and my buyer on to a new lender when things went awry. His gift was a thoughtful one and not generic and this was the icing on the cake of a selling experience which, by all reports, is meant to be stressful. I am glad to be able to report to the contrary.
