Sale of Slater Crt, Seaford
Daniel McGlashan is a very impressive, professional, committed agent giving 100% to the sale process from start to finish. On meeting Daniel there is no hiding his enthusiasm and genuine passion for Real Estate. His knowledge of the area and surrounds is second to none and has his finger on the pulse when it comes to pricing and marketing of a property. Daniel answered all our questions with honesty, even the prickly ones and kept us fully updated at all times. Daniel's bright personality and positive attitude took the stress out of selling and all it entails. Daniel turned it into an enjoyable experience. Our property sold well above expectation, due to Daniel's negotiation skills and his ability to converse with a diverse range of buyers. Great Agent, Highly Recommended.
Michael was exactly what you are looking for in an agent. He's honest, and very knowledgeable about house prices in our local area given that he is a local resident himself. I would recommend him to anyone looking to sell in the Frankston area and surrounding suburbs. His approach is very genuine and he helped us sell our house for a great price in a very short amount of time. I can't speak highly enough of him and his agencies professional approach to our listing.

Highly recommended
Derek was recommended to us and we're so happy that he was! We found Derek to be highly professional, honest, friendly, knowledgeable & offered great advise to help with our sale. You can't fault Dereks communication skills, he always kept us in the loop. We were very proud of the renovation we completed on our home & were blown away by the photographs & advertising materials produced for our property. It was not the easiest of sales, due to a very awkward buyer & also our very short settlement date on our new home, but Derek remained professional at all times and worked his magic getting the sale over the line right on time!

Excellent Service
I cannot recommend Michael highly enough, his standard of service was excellent, as was every other aspect of the sale he handled from communications to marketing. What I rate more highly though is his honesty and integrity in his dealings with us and handling the sale process. Those reasons alone make him an outstanding asset when selling your property.

Quiet Achiever
It's not enough to just sign up with an Estate Agent to sell your home, it has to be a partnership. Derek was an easy 'partner' to choose, and apart from his local knowledge and proven skills, he listened to us ... and we listened to him, and together we assisted him in any way that we could to achieve what turned out to be an amazing result. Sale of parents house in Frankston South
Derek Lea recently sold my parents’ house in Frankston South by private sale. The property sold for an excellent price. After interviewing five agents Derek was an easy choice. As well as having a sound background of recent sales in the area, he responded thoughtfully to my questions and requirements and displayed a keen understanding of the natural benefits and features of the property. After being offered the sale of the property he followed up with sound marketing and property inspections in a timely manner. His regular communications kept me in the loop at all times which helped me to understand the process. The best ever
Leanne, from day one was very professional yet incredibly sensitive and welcoming in every way .. Through the whole process of the sale of our home Leanne made us feel at ease and confident that she was doing everything possible to get the best outcome for us .. I will always recommend Leanne to anyone that needs assistance in realestate department .. we would go as far as to say if she was no longer working along side Eview we would choose to go wherever she was at ..
