We were very happy with Badiha and the way in which she was able to sell our property in Frankston. It definitely had it's challenges , however our property was sold within a couple of weeks of us listing it with her. We did not have to go through a marketing campaign in this instance. Badiha was patient with us which we appreciated and we were very happy with the result.

I,m not should how she did it, was it just to be, I still aske my self that question. I had my house on the market for 10 months or more with not one offer in that time, Leanne had it sold in 2 weeks with 4 contracts on the table , she rang each buyer from me house and we negotionated a price and sold the house there and then. I think it was the best outcome as the market was slow there and some people said I needed to lower the price.

Despite some concerns purchasing a property from a non-local agent, Leanne was excellent to work with. She was very professional and friendly and maintained a high level of contact throughout the purchase. I felt that she has a good balance between meeting the needs and requirements of both the vendor and purchaser.
