Maryanne was the agent for the property we purchased. Without question, Maryanne is the best agent we have dealt with. We were quite anxious as this was our first purchase and we'd previously come across a very pushy agent putting pressure on us. Maryanne was lovely to deal with, was honest, straightforward and professional. Any concerns we had, she dealt with immediately and she always kept us in the picture. I found Maryann extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. Maryann was willing to do more than was required of her to help in the sale of the house. Here is an example: I was inspecting the house on grand final day last year and found that the window in the laundry had fallen out and smashed. i was unable to organise a window repairer I rang Maryann and she took on the task of organising the repair. Given the circumstance I found myself in I was so grateful that Maryann took on the task. I would certainly recommend Maryann to my friends for future work.
