I have been a tenant with ExcelRent for over 6 months now and I am very impressed with the standard of care provided. I get a regular check in email and if I have mentioned anything with the house that needs looking at, Kirsten is very prompt with response and to organise for someone to investigate and complete when necessary. A block of chocolate left on the counter after a house inspection is a very cute touch also. Especially for a chocoholic! I am very satisfied with the service provided and highly recommend Kirsten as an agent!

We cannot praise Kirsten highly enough. We initiated contact when we found the property we were interested in. Living interstate posed the sight unseen issue for us, however Kirsten happily shared a face time call with us to peruse the property and then sent through a full video walk through of the property. This type of personal service was completely unexpected, but very welcomed. Upon being the successful applicants Kirsten's communication was regular and her responses incredibly timely, the polar opposite to what we'd experienced with our previous agent/landlord. Timing was of the essence to access the property; navigating the removalist truck, flights and transitioning our pets across a two day drive. All of this occurred so easily with Kirsten's support. Once we'd moved in Kirsten's communications continued ensuring we'd settled in ok, she'd already answered questions and requests via phone and email prior to moving in and upon completion of the tenancy report by us, had been in contact with the landlord and responded promptly to our queries. I've had no hesitation in recommending Kirsten and excelRENT to anyone who'll listen and know if ever I have an investment property Kirsten and excelRENT will be our only choice to represent us. Thanks again Kirsten for making what could have been an extremely stressful experience seamless for us. We appreciate you and all you've done.

Kirsten is the most professional and capable property manager I have ever dealt with. She is efficient, organised and timely. Her interpersonal skills, in dealing with me and with my tenants, difficult and pleasant, are consistently superior and her problem solving capabilities are continually evident.
