Just what you want as a Landlord!
ExcelRENT have been great in all areas of renting our property. They know the local market so we’ll, Communication has been great, photos professional, tenant selection fantastic and the whole process has been very straight forward and easy for us as Landlords. Would 100% recommend.

Personable and caring
Kirsten has shown warmth and care from our first meeting. She has fantastic communication skills and has been very helpful in getting us settled into our new rental property. Kirsten our rental agent has been 100% reliable and committed to providing a great service. She always return my calls and emails, and even turned up to meet us in person when we arrived interstate. I’ve never met an Agent who did this for tenants. She is friendly and genuine and we cannot fault the service. Thank you!

What a relief!!
I cannot begin to explain how amazing this agent is to deal with! I’ve rented in different states and quite a number of properties over the years and Kirsten is hands down the stand out. Communication is key between tenant and agent and she is by far the greatest to deal with…fast responses, great follow ups and does it all with a smile.

Superior Service & Communication
There was a need to change our property managers and since the change to excelRENT we cannot fault their commitment to servicing our requests, communicating with us regularly and ensuring that both the owners and the tenants are informed. Very much appreciate this approach to our investment.

Amazing 🤩
Before we moved to Sunny Coast from Brisbane I must have spoken to 10 property management companies to find us a large executive rental property for family and both working from home … Kirsten went above and beyond all other companies by a country mile … And in a tight market found us amazing 5 bedroom , 2 storey home on the Golf Coast and short walk to schools … After 1 year the owners returned and we were in the worst of Covid with zero rentals available… but again Kirsten found us a property suitable for our needs whilst we build a New Home … Moving to the Coast , starting again and then Covid hitting was a stressful time but when it came to property Kirsten had our backs the whole time … So incredibly grateful… Team ExcelRENT deserve 10 stars ⭐️
