THE BEST AGENCY
There are no other agents like Excelrent on the coast. I have two rental properties and they are so in tune with what you require as a landlord that they have always found me excellent tenants. Their service is impeccable and I cannot fault them! Superb! Professionalism at it’s BEST!

Very Professional and a Pleasure to Deal With!
We have been extremely impressed with excelRENT, our rental agents in Peregian Springs. In fact, if we were the owners there is no-one else we would consider to manage the property for us! Kirsten, the Property Manager is very efficient and attentive to all of our rental needs and we have never had to follow anything up. She is also courteous and communicative and runs a very smooth tenancy management process. Having an agent that is responsive is important to us and as we are currently in the process of renewing our lease we are looking forward to continuing to deal with excelRENT further into the future.

Excellence in Property Management
We have been with Excelrent for nearly two years. We changed to them from a different company who had “dropped their game” after some people left, and Excelrent were strongly recommended by a local property agent. We were so happy we followed the recommendation! The team has given us exceptional service in terms of hassle free, fast to respond, professionalism and a feeling of always getting a personal touch. We feel like they look after our property better than we did when we lived there, as well as providing our tenants with timely and responsive service. We have never even considered changing agents as they are so great for us. We have found that agencies with people as professional and efficient like this are rare on the Sunshine Coast which is a key differentiator for them. We strongly recommend Excelrent!
