Right Agent, Right Price, Right Result!!
Frank Gardner was a pleasure to deal with from the getgo! He was professional, organised and communicated with us on a daily basis. Kristy has your back
We originally bought our unit from Kristy and she was so personal and professional that we knew when we came to sell that same unit we would call her. Now having sold our unit with Kristy our opinion of her is 10/10. She understands the local market and really helps out in all domains of the selling/purchasing process. As a buyer you felt you weren't being played that she was authentic and cared about the product. She made the process easy to understand and made our first purchase feel fair and informed. As a seller she went above and beyond, we were selling from afar and weren't able to be at the property all the time, she would swing by to sort things out and gave us great contacts to fix up the place at a very fair price. We were able to sell quickly which suited our needs and would highly recommend Kristy to anyone selling or buying.

Refreshing to deal with Kristy Noble, Principal of Noble Properties, Brisbane. She has a friendly, relaxed manner and is an excellent listener. She is knowledgeable about properties in the Annerley/Yeronga area and was readily able to provide details on issues that were important to us. We found her respectful of our time, she maintained confidentiality of our communications and was prompt in responding to us.
