Seb would have to be the most likeable and trustworthy real estate agent I've ever met! I have used Seb on multiple occasions to buy and sell property and when it comes to getting the best price, Seb is the agent you need! Pretty good sales person. Sold my property within a week of the property on going sale. And help out my tenant that was living in my house.

Happy to share the engaging and enjoyable experience we recently had in the purchase of our home in Yeronga with Kristy Noble. From our first contact we found Kristy to be engaging and willing to accommodate our unique needs as interested buyers alongside facilitating multiple requests about the property for detailed information to bring us to the negotiation table with our best offer. Throughout Kristy was patient, responsive, authentic, and professional. The ultimate question I guess for this review :) if we were sellers would Kristy top our agent shortlist to represent us. Our answer is an unreserved yes.

I found Leigh kept me very informed, felt he discussed all options with me. Kept communicating everything with me,even while I was overseas. He tried hard to get a reasonable price for me, even doing little video clips. Altogether, I was very happy with the service and sale if my house without being pressured into a price I didn't feel right about.

Wow ..... Kristy Rox! Kristy possesses a ferocious work ethic, always prepared to do the graft. She consistently conducted herself in a way that was client-focus. She comprehensively understands modern marketing - digital, print, video, and photography (including drone footage). It is conspicuous that she cares about what she does. Her interpersonal skills are next-level. Kristy is bubbly and cheerful but was willingly robust when required. Her elevated negotiation skills were evident when it counted. It was an absolute breath of fresh air to have lived such a positive real estate experience. Thank you, Kristy, for acting with integrity, for conducting yourself so professionally, for your willingness to toil and for making the journey enjoyable! Go well.

Sebastian and Amanda provided a great service, with their market knowledge and a good strategy. We are based in another estate, so we really needed a reliable agent to take care of the sale. They found the perfect buyer so fast and got the price we were aiming for.
