Raymond was upfront and honest with everything from the start. He provided a very personalised serviced and tailored everything to suit us. No question was ever to difficult for Raymond. The thing I appreciated most was that Raymond would always pick up the phone when we rang or return calls/answer sms queries in a timely manner. You always speak to Raymond and not an assistant or receptionist.
