From the start of the presale to the final signing on the dotted line, Celia has kept in constant contact with us regard to all enquiries she received. Celia had given high input regarding the various decisions we would have to make dependent on different scenarios that could occur so we were always able to move forward with confidence. She set us up with contacts as to how to prepare the house to its full potential. The input with regard to styling and final presentation was invaluable. There were unexpected problems with the sale of my property due to a difficult tenant who often refused to respond to any form of communication and was delaying the sale where ever possible. Marco's diligence and never give up attitude got the sale across the finish line. I have recommended Marco and EXP to 2 friends who have considered selling their properties and both have signed on with him. I'm receiving good reviews from them as their own sales progress.
