Over the course of many years, my recent land sale was my 6th transaction with James. James is an exceptional realestate agent. His communication is excellent, friendly nature & professionalism make him the absolute best in the business. Love her work
Irusha worked endlessly to achieve the best outcome possible. She was able to navigate her way through the challenges and obstacles due to Covid, trade shortages and differences between sellers. All with a positive attitude and grace that reflected through to potential buyers. She was able to achieve a top dollar for our property and settle within our original timeline. Stream line sale process
James was great in the sale of the house. He made the process easy and was always happy to answer any questions along the way, super professional. The sale of the house only had taken 1 day which is a credit to James in the way he spoke to the buyers and gave them all the information they need.
