We got the house!!!
My partner and I were looking to buy our first home and met Bjorn through an open house inspection on another property and I was lucky enough to be contacted regarding an off market opportunity which we are now lucky enough to call home. Bjorns colleague Rahil showed us through the property and was very informative and the ongoing communication throughout the whole transaction with both Bjorn and Rahil was efficient and very helpful, being my first home I felt like I was supported and any questions were addressed in a timely manner. The day we got the keys we felt like valued customers and Bjorn took the time to walk with us through the house again, chat about our plans for the property and just overall made it a stress free experience of buying a house.

Outstanding Client Service
Irusia did a great job with selling our property. She extensively researched the value of the property and set the price according to that research. One thing she nailed was the description of the property on the advertising. She worked well with arranging inspections which were impacted by Covid-19 restrictions and lees than co-operative tenants. Irusia kept us fully informed about the outcome of each inspection and involved us in the process of negotiating the final contract. Thank you for making the process of selling the property as simple and as painless as could be reasonably expected.
