Land sale with EXP.
After viewing a property auction in our neighbourhood held by EXP, I was impressed by how hard Bjorn and his team worked to achieve a fantastic price for the vendor of that property. At the viewing the team were attentive and informative, very professional but not pushy as some real estate agents can be. From that experience, we decided to list a block of land with them. They clearly explained the costs, time frame and processes involved and quickly responded to any queries. Many thanks to Callum Kennedy who represented us. for his hard work in achieving an awesome result, well above expectations. Above & Beyond
To be brutally honest, when I first met Bjorn I was not convinced he was the Agent for me. Now (as much as I hate to admit it), I am in the slightly older (mid-60's) age group and his vitality & eagerness seemed a bit over the top for me! However when I met with him a second time (after he rang me and asked that we meet again), I realised that the vitality and enthusiasm he portrays is a very positive thing and that he has a lot of energy & knowledge to put into selling a property. He was very communicative, friendly and professional. He achieved a very good result for me, that I'm not sure I would have got with any of the other agents I had interviewed. I would recommend Bjorn to anyone considering using his services. His follow up after the auction, at settlement and beyond has been fantastic.
