Professional, with a personal touch
Living in the country five hours away from my property for sale in the city, I needed an agent who could be on top of everything while I was away. Irusia organised all trades to prepare the home for sale, kept the garden watered through summer and presented the property really well. She was very responsive to potential buyers and made lots of times for opens and private inspections. Ended up getting me a great result, quickly, and with minimum fuss. Irusia was on the ball from beginning to end and took all stress out of the process. Would definitely use her again.

Bjorn was very personable, helpful and professional. We were very happy with his services. Unfortunately he went on holidays at the beginning of our campaign (which we were told was a couple of days off) however it was for longer than that and we were shunted over to Mike. Mike was good and like Bjorn he did what was expected of him. We were a little unhappy about not being told the complete truth that we were basically being handed over to Mike. It would have been better if we knew how long Bjorn was going to be away in the first place. Also I don't know whether removal of the sign out the front was up to your agency or the purchaser however every time we went past the house in the weeks after we moved out the for sale sign was half out of the ground and then flat on the ground. It was a little disappointing to see this - hardly good advertising for your company.
