Knowledge, honesty and passion!!!!!!
Chris is absolutely amazing at what he does. For my parents selling their first home was very daunting but Chris and the team were there every step of the way to reassure them and help them feel comfortable in the process. He didn’t set unrealistic expectations about how much the house would sell for but managed to set a record with the price he achieved and it sold very quickly. If you are looking at selling your house do not hesitate to give Chris a call. (He will even pick up the vacuum cleaner if you need a last minute hand before an open house). Thank you Chris and the team for your knowledge, honesty and passion. You have made my mum and dads retirement a lot easier with the result you achieved for them and they will be forever thankful.

Sold fast, quietly and for the best price we could achieve.
Bjorn sold or house off market with one viewing of a select number of people after helping us to personally stage our house for photography and video. He saved us money, time and our sanity all the while making us feel at ease that the sale of our house was in good hands. He achieved and exceeded attaining a price that we had aimed for, much more than a house of similar standing sold for in the street only a month or two before hand. With extensive sale history myself I wanted to make sure that I found a sales agent that suited us the best. I was after an agent that had a vast knowledge of the industry, attention to detail, good communication skills with a sales process that we would be comfortable with as this would be our first time selling a property.
