Krish sold our property at an amazing price we never thought we would get. He knows his business and has many contacts and knows whose best for the sale. He is very efficient and helpful in all aspects and has great communication. However, after the fixed price we felt his fees were extremely high and didn't realise this until after we sat down and thought about it. Have never known any realestate agent to do this procedure. He did sell our house in a short time and more than we thought we would get but still feel perhaps a little ripped off. Overall a good outcome.
