He had a clear defined strategy, went to great lengths to market the property and also provided us with some extra help outside of his requirements to assist us with resolving a neighbour dispute. We felt very confident with Bjorn right from the start. He gave us honest and valuable feedback about what we needed to do to prepare for sale. He also gave us realistic expectations and then aimed and worked to overdeliver on those. He clearly understood what marketing is required and what works best for this demographic. We ended up having over 100 people through over 2 opens inside of a week, lots of offers and achieving $40K over what we needed to sell for. We definatley recommend Bjorn!
