Above and beyond my expectations

The service was amazing. Kim and Leah went above and beyond to make sure my proerty was at it best ready to sell. We leave interstate. They arranged tradies etc. kept me informed every step of the way so i knew exactly what was happening and took the stress out of this very stressful time. I will recommend this company to anyone who is selling as i can’t find anything to say that is not wonderful service.

A sale with ease

From start to finish Kim’s bright focused professional friendly personality made the sales of our family home flow with ease. Great tips and hints to get the most out of the property to attract potential buyers.When it came to any questions we had she replied quickly. I believe that without her our dream of selling and moving onto the next phase of our life would not have been as smoothly or quick. I would recommend her to anyone wishing to sell or buy a property. Exceptional Service

Kim gets 5 stars. Regardless of the fact that she had previously ran her successful real estate company in Melbourne, Kim was 100% correct on the valuation of my property here in Maryborough. Her friendly and knowledgeable approach to listing and marketing was a blessing. Kim’s knowledge stretches from concise market appraisals, brilliant marketing campaigns, staging and styling homes to an in-depth understanding of the entire sales process. Not only did we get the best outcomes for ourselves, the purchasers were also extremely impressed in the way our home was presented and it caught their eye immediately when it came online. I would always use Kim to sell with. She was outstanding.

Outstanding from start to finish
