If I could give Fiona 100 stars I would
As someone who has never had much luck finding trustworthy agents (most seeming more interested in their own gain than genuinely helping) I was absolutely blown away by how incredible, compassionate, professional and amazing Fiona is. It actually took me longer to find an agent I could trust than it did for Fiona to sell my property; within just a few weeks, it was under offer. Being from Sydney and having never visited Perth, the process of choosing the right agent felt daunting. I spoke with dozens before I found Fiona, and none of them felt like the right fit. The moment I spoke with Fiona, I knew she was the one. I had just one request: that the property be sold on my terms, no matter how long it took. Fiona completely respected that. She never pushed or pressured me and kept me updated weekly, even when I didn’t expect it. She was always so patient with me and responsive, never hesitating to answer hundreds of questions, no matter how complex or niche. If something was outside her expertise, she took the initiative to consult her network of professionals to get me the answers I needed. She truly goes above and beyond. Fiona is not only a skilled and tireless agent but also a genuinely admirable person, she is so down to earth and so good to have a chat to. Excellent Agent and service

Local Expert, Stress Free Sale
I researched local agents and Fiona was the best choice. Her understanding of the local market was unrivalled. She provided, and achieved a higher sale price than the competition in the timeframe we wanted. Fees were lower than others, and her friendly, professional and pragmatic approach made the whole experience stress free and painless. Her marketing/photography guy is also incredible. Will absolutely be using Fiona again.

Market knowledge
This is the second time we have bought a house through Fiona and it is always a breeze and easy procces Fiona has everything sorted and things ready to go for a quick and easy settlement.
